It is a very nice, roomy sleeping bag suitable for indoors, cars or camping from spring to autumn. But its actual width is closer to 90cm than 100cm, and you can probably take 10cm off the length as well - unless you stretch it. But, for 1 person, it is nice and big.
It arrives in a compression sack, so the first thing to do is take it out and fluff it up to add loft I took time to separate the filling by slowly working from top to bottom, pulling the filling apart (you will it feel inside, like flattened cotton candy that needs to be pulled apart) and then hanging the bag outside on a sunny day to allow air to get inside. After that, the bag was much more plump and lofty - and much more comfortable.
I didn't want to waste all my time and hard work, so I didn't try compressing it back into the compression sack. It fits nicely in a large laundry bag (about 50cm x 70cm) for storage, ready to use again. I really like this big sleeping bag and it is a real bargain with a coupon!
