This head gear is second to none. Prior to buying this i recieved a cut above my right eye and was told i couldnt spar for 3 months. I ordered this head gear right after receiving the cut and got it in the mail 4 days later not to mention that i live all the way in states, the delivery is very fast. I have been using it for 2 months in sparring and have had a fight ever since. It is a really good head gear, you still have to move your head and keep your hands up because like any other head gear you will feel the punches but it does a great job in protecting from cuts. Its a light head gear but as i said before, you must still use proper defensive fundamentals with this head gear just like with any other head gear but for the price it is well worth it.
